Can I Enroll in a Health Care Reform Plan Through my Employer?
Most full-time employees of large companies (50+ employees) will be offered an eligible health insurance plan through their employer. However, for companies that employ less than 50 full-time employees, a group health insurance plan may not be offered. The best way to find out if you will have access to health insurance through your employer is to simply ask them.
If your employer is unsure of whether they will be offering a plan, please encourage them to contact us. We will be happy to help them determine their best course of action and can also assist all employees with finding their best option. We can set up an on or off-site meeting to go over options and work with each employee whenever needed.
